Coach Yomi has a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) D Coaching License and has coached youth soccer since 2008.

 

"Through my years of coaching youth soccer I have seen kids develop a love for the game of soccer and that propelled me to coach competitive soccer. I have observed kids on my teams have fun playing the game while at the same time learning the rules and skills of the game.

 

As a college professor for more than 15 years, I understand the importance of creating a non-threatening environment for learners. As a soccer coach, I also believe it is very important to create a non-threatening environment for the kids so that they will feel comfortable to exercise and express their creativity.

 

Growing up in West Africa, I grew up loving and playing soccer almost every day. I look forward to passing along to the kids the skills that I have developed over the years playing the beautiful game of soccer."
